Cancellation Policy

After registering as a paid member of Divine(hereinafter referred to as the "Company" ) , you may cancel the paid member registration (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract") by completing the member cancellation procedure prescribed by the Company within 20 days from the approval date of the paid member.
If more than 20 days have passed since the paid member was approved, you may request withdrawal from the member by informing the Company's Support of the cancellation request. However, whatever reasons, no refunds will be made.

How to get a refund

In order to process your refund, please apply for the withdrawal request from the Withdrawal page on your account of the Site.
The refund method depends on the payment method, so please confirm the details of each.
Once the company has received your withdrawal request, you will receive an email from us about the reception of your application, so please make sure of your email setting to receive the email before submitting your application.
The email you receive from the Company will be the proof, so please keep it until the refund procedure is complete.

*The Company is unable to make a refund if your withdrawal request is not completed due to incomplete communication or any other problems, so please make sure everything is in order.
